French Velvet

Ingredients

• 1 oz absinthe (@oregonspiritdistillers)
• 1 oz coffee liqueur (@moketoespresso)
• 1 oz espresso, cooled
• 0.5 oz BouveryCV®

Preparation

Add all ingredients with ice to a shaker and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a star anise.
