Tea Reduction: Make a cup of hibiscus tea, brew for 5 mins then remove teabag, add to a saucepan and simmer till reduced by half, allow to cool.

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake well for 30-40 seconds, remove the ice and shake again for 30 seconds, double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with roses.
