Bouvery Affogato
Ingredients
- 2 scoops coffee ice cream
- 2 oz espresso
- 1 oz aged rum
- 0.5 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz BouveryCV®
Preparation
Place two scoops of coffee ice cream in a coupe or dessert dish. In a separate glass, stir together espresso, rum, and coconut cream and then pour over ice cream
Top with BouveryCV®.
